Found compressor valves stuck there is no model or serial on the compressor or the condenser informed customer that ac will need to be replaced and replacement of the furnace is highly recommended due to its age and condition contacted Greg to set up appointment for a qoute on a new system. Customer has no cooling at this time.
Pilot is warn and allowing excess gas located pilot light gas adjustment on the gas valve and adjusted pilot which corrected the issue during service noted that heat exchanger is heavily rusted and informed customer that the furnace is near end of life and would not reccomend heavy investment in parts for the furnace due to age condition and availability of parts, Nate already prepared a qoute last year for furnace when servicing a similiar issue performed combustion analysis and cycled furnace operations are normal.
Found furnace with a weak pilot took apart pilot assembly and cleaned cycled system and furnace is now working. The furnace is in bad shape. The heat exchanger is rusted very bad. Due to age and condition of furnace I recommend replacing it as soon as possible.
