Performed summer maintenance cycled all equipment needed checked all safety devices changed air filters. Coming back tomorrow to clean units with Nate.
Found both units not working unit one was off on high head pressure due to a weak capacitor on the condenser fan motor replaced capacitor 2nd unit was not receiving a call due to faulty thermostat replaced thermostat and had to replace thermostat wiring so the thermostat can be powered by the unit
Found both units not working unit one had a bad fuse and capacitor unit 2 had a back contactor are and some Wiring burn off of it replaced 2 50 amp fuse and capacitor on unit 1 and replaced contactor plus fix but wires cycle unit all operations are okay at this time.
Fond compressor with the power lead burnt off. replace compressor connectors. and capacitor due to it being weak. cycled unit all operations are ok at this time
Found wire's burnt into at contactor repaired bad wires cycled unit all operation are ok
Performed spring maintenance on all cooling equipment, cycled all equipment, ran all tests needed, changed air filters, cleaned all coils, found all units to be working within specification, all operations ok at this time. Changed belts on all exhaust vents.
Found unit low on charge again. perform leak check on system. found a leak coming from the condenser coil. had to take apart unit and cut some of the fins to get to the leaking area of the coil. had to evacuate system and braze the bad area of the coil. the pump system down and recharge with 10 Lbs of R-22 Cycled system all operation are ok at this time. while there the 2nd cooling unit keep shutting down look at that unit and found it to have a weak capacitor. replaced capacitor cycled system all operation are ok at this time.
