Performed clean and check on gas furnace customer mentions unit was making a noise when system shut down cycled furnace performed combustion analysis tested and inspected all electrical components and controls found a weak blower capacitor cleaned flame sensor noted that pan on the bottom of the blower compartment had been replaced but not secured causing some of the metal to knock against the cabinet. Fastened panning to the furnace and replaced the blower capacitor all operations are normal at this time.
Found bad exhaust fan motor and ordered motor set to arrive next day at grainger blue ash. Returned next day and installed new motor all operations are normal at this time.
Replaced filters checked unit 4 which was operating normally at this time.
Found unit low on charge recharge unit looked for leak but did not find one install will need to recheck the unit
Performed summer maintenance cycled all equipment needed checked all safety devices checked filters Checked refrigerant charges changed capacitor and 1 fuse on Bryant unit. Clean condenser coils all 6 units working within specifications all operations ok at this time.
Found unit with a bad inducer motor and pressure switch assembly, removed and replaced the inducer motor and pressure switch assembly, cycled unit, all operations ok at this time.
Performed clean and check on all heating equipment.
Checked operation of the Bryant High efficiency gas furnace. Found unit has water pooling in flu pipe from losing proper pitch during installation of the new evaporator coil. Adjusted pitch Checked rest of operation thoroughly. Static pressures .56, temperature rise 70° increased blower speed, gas pressures 3.52, verified proper CFM 1350. Found flu pipe to be the only issue. Everything is working at this time.
