Customer had a very clogged filter which had caused the unit to freeze up and leak into the return. Filter was changed at last service did not heavy dust through out the furnace and laundry room. Recommended we perform winter maintenance as they were due performed maintenance on heat pump heating and electric furnace. Tested and inspected all electrical components and controls confirmed proper operation of the defrost cycle, checked heat rise in heat pump and electric back up checked amp draws on each heat bank, added cleaning agent to condensate pump and confirmed proper operation no issues besides airflow from the clogged filter which I removed. Informed customer that if they see water from the unit to always check the filter first.
