Found bad capacitor and replaced cyled ac unit Checked charge all operations are normal at this time.
New stall new pool heat pump provided by customer. wire in pool heater and repipe water lines and set up and adjust heater.
performed a clean and check on air conditioning unit. Tested all electrical components including contactor and capacitor. Cleaned the coil and checked the charge on the unit. Cycled system in cool and everything is in working operations right now.
Customer stated that AC was not working. Found system locked out with low charge. Further found clear signs of refrigerant leak in evaporator coil. Possibly additional leaks in system. Due to the age and condition of the system I strongly recommended replacing the AC system.
Customer stated that the system stopped producing heat but the blower was still running. System was off upon arrival. I cycled system in heat and found everything operating normally. Performed status code recall and found no previous codes (as Tempstar codes clear after 72hrs). Cycled system several more times and was unable to recreate the issue. Advised customer to call back if issue persists. Customer paid by check
Performed clean and check on gas furnace customer was also interested in moving and also replacing the thermostat due to the basement being finished was unable to move thermostat but qouted prices customer elected the replace the thermostat with out moving its location. Installed thermostat and insured proper operation all operations are normal at this time.
Found humidistat and solenoid in working condition. Excessive water corrosion on supply connections and no water supply to solenoid. Diagnosed a faulty saddle valve. Will have to reschedule for repair. Customer may be interested in electronic filter and/or maintenance agreement. 10-23-19 Returned and replaced saddle valve. Cycled system in heat and tested humidifier. Additionally found a kink in black supply tubing between solenoid and humidifier and a clog. Repaired kink and was able to clear the clog. Cycled system in heat and tested humidifier. System is operating normally at this time.
Upon arrival found a large amount of water in blower compartment and blower motor removed all water from system and left the system off for a day to dry returned and performed a clean and check on the ac and the furnace. Found a clogged drain line which I cleared cleaned furnace tested and inspected all electrical components and controls checked heat rise and performed a combustion analysis of the system. Switch system to cooling and started ac checked charge tested and inspected all electrical components and controls cleaned ac coil all operations are normal at this time. Customer not present at time of service but was contacted please bill customer.
Found pool heater with a clogged pilot cleaned pilot cycle unit all operations are okay at this time
Performed clean and check on the Carrier Infinity gas furnace and Totaline Humidifier. Found a flue pipe slowly dripping on the furnace. Fixed the leak. Changed filter and humidifier pad. Performed combustion analysis test, checked blower motor amp draw, checked btemperature rise, checked all safety features on the furnace. Cycled system in heating mode. All operations are correct at this time.
Performed clean and check on a.c. system found clogged filter and a weak capacitor both were replaced billed customer with included credit on customers account please mail invoice.
Found wall unit working properly, wants new unit priced hole size in wall is 26x15 1/2
Removed and replaced the high voltage thermostat, cycled unit, all operations ok at this time.
Found pressure switch no closing due to condensate trap clogged and not draining cleaned out condensate trap. Cycled system all operation are ok at this time
