Tech was efficient checking the equipment, was done in about 30 - 45 minutes
Customer stated thermostat display was continuesly going black after they had set the fan to on the system shut down and did not reengage inspected the thermostat noted two wire nuts located in wall which may have blocked the connectection which I corrected inspected low voltage wiring common and fan wire were loose and incorrect wire nuts had been used causing moisture to deep into the l.v. Wiring which I also corrected low voltage fuse was blown which I replaced thermostat came on at this point cycled the ac system which activated normally inspected wiring at the outdoor unit with no issues detected system cycled for about 30 minutes with no issue all operations are normal at this time.
Performed clean and check on AC system. Checked refrigerant charge, superheat and delta-T. Tested and inspected all electrical components. Changed filter that customer supplied. Tested and inspected blower motor assembly. Tested t-stat operations and cycled system in cooling. Everything is operating normally at this time. Customer paid by check and needs paper invoice.
Performed clean and check on AC system. Checked refrigerant charge, superheat and delta-T. Tested and inspected all electrical components and blower motor assembly. Checked filter which does not need changed at this time. Cleared condensate drain. Tested t-stat operations and cycled system in cooling. Everything is operating normally at this time.
Performed clean and check on boiler air handler. Measured temperature rise, checked all electrical components, checked for possible air in the lines, checked filter, cycled system in heat. Found blower motor with some play at the shaft indicating wear. Notified customer of blower motor condition. System is otherwise operating normally at this time.
Performed winter maintenance, cycled system in heat, measured temperature rise, tested all electrical components, checked filter, measured line temperatures. System is operating normally at this time.
Customer has bad compressor system is from 1997 and informed customer getting quote for customer today owners said go ahead and install new system customer is getting new carrier unit
Preformed summer maintenance checked all safety devices system working with in specification at this time
Found unit fan operating but the compressor was down tested and inspected all electrical components and controls and found a partially failed capacitor replaced capacitor and cycled the ac all operations are normal at this time. Bill customer.
Customer requested batteries to be replaced on the thermostat while doing this thermostat shorted out for no discernable reason replaced thermostat under warranty and started ac performed cnc on ac found system low on charge and balanced system with r22 all operations are normal at this time. Collected old thermostat.
Repair 2 units low on charge unit number 5 and 8 installed stop leak in both units and recharged up the factory specifications
Performed clean and check on ac system checked filter checked charge insured unit was draining tested and inspected all electrical components and controls brushed dirt and debris out of the unit all operations are normal at this time.
Perfored spring maintenance, cycld all equipment,ran all tests needed, tested all safety devices, cleaned condenser coil, checked air filter, checked refrigerant charge. Found unit to be working within specifications all operation normal at this time
Performed clean and check on Bryant furnace and Aprilaire Humidifier. Cleaned trap in furnace, performed combustion analysis test and tested all safety devices on the furnace. Changed humidifier pad and made sure it was working properly. Cycled system in heating mode. All operations correct at this time.
