Customer stated that AC was not working. Found and replaced dead dual run capacitor. Cycled system in cooling and checked charge. Everything is operating normally at this time. Customer paid by check. All work was performed outside due to COVID-19 risks.
Found sauna heater not working due to a bad control board replaced control board and communication cable cycled unit all operation are ok at this time.
Found pre school condensing unit with a bad fan motor replaced condenser fan motor and capacitor unit all operations are OK at this time
Found 2 of the units with bad compressor and rtu had a bad transformer replaced transformer cycled unit all operations are okay at this time the other 2 unit i will send quote for replacement
Replaced Johnson Controls actuator valve for pool heat per quote cycled unit all operations are ok at this time
Found boiler with a bad low water cut off replaced LWCO under parts warranty cycle unit all operations are okay at this time
Repair leaking section of steam piping in pit area
Repaired steam leak in main line to pool heat exchange. Cap off steam lines and condensate under pool. also cut and removed steam lines that are not working.
Found unit with a bad relay replaced relay cycled unit all operations are ok
Repair condensation line in mens locker room. ran new line to Hoffman pump.
Install water meter on makeup water line for boiler system.
Found steam generator with a bad water fill valve. replaced water fill valve and installed one way check valve cycled unit all operation are ok at this time
Found sauna with a bad high voltage connection at breaker repair connection all operations are okay at this time.
