Found capacitor failed on the compressor side of the ac system replaced capacitor and cycled unit all operations are normal at this time.
Found pilot assembly not operational removed and cleaned ac is also not operational gathered info for qoutes on new system.
Found unit in continuous spark due to sensor not reading standing pilot. Cleaned ignitor sensor which corrected issue. Further found ignition module not sending voltage to main gas valve (MV) during call for heat. Diagnosed bad ignition module. Credited previously charged amount for relay switch. Billed as service callback. Will have to order ignition control module and reschedule repair. 1/21/20 Returned and replaced ignition control module. Replaced transformer and installed in-line low voltage fuse. Found and replaced shorted thermostat. Cycled system in heat. Verified proper limit winding and blower operation. Tested t-stat operations. Everything is operating normally at this time.
Furnace was starting only intermently found blower door was loose which I corrected pilot started however unit would intermently kick on the gas valve or not turn the gas valve at all tracked issue to a stuck relay which I replaced cycled furnace 4 times after this with no issue. All operations are normal at this time.
Performed clean and check on gas furnace and humidifier. Conducted combustion analysis, measured temperature rise, tested all electrical components, inspected gas supply, burner, inducer and blower assemblies. Cleaned flame sensor and condensate trap, checked drains and filter. Found and repaired leak at condensate drain. Filter does not need changed at this time. Tested humidifier and changed water panel. Tested humistat and t-stat operations. Found burn damage on control board causing HSI to remain on during entire heat cycle. Will have to reschedule repair. 11-21-19 Returned and replaced control board. Cycled system in heat. Everything is operating within specifications at this time.
CNC Furnace and filter. Tested flue emissions, electrical components, blower/belt assembly, humidifier and fuel/flame operations. System is operating normally at this time
Indoor unit was not running replaced fuse and blower capacitor system working within specifications at this time customer has 25 dollar coupon took off on fuse
Found unit with a bad high voltage fuse replace both high voltage fuses cycled unit all operations are OK at this time
Remove old gas regulator and repipe gas line. Install new Tekmar Controler to operate boiler demand off of outdoor temperature. while taking apart gas train if found that boiler heat exchanger was clogged up. Took apart boiler and cleaned heat exchanger and burners. cycled system all operation are ok at this time
