Performed a clean and check on air conditioning unit. Conducted a temp drop tested all electrical components including contactor and capacitor. Cleaned the coil and checked the charge on the unit. Cycled system in cool and everything is in working operations right now
Performed clean and check on AC system and Gas Furnace. Checked refrigerant pressures, cleaned condenser coil, tested and inspected all electrical components, measured delta T, cleaned condensate trap and drain, tested and inspected blower motor assembly, conducted combustion analysis, cleaned flame sensor, checked filter, recorded all data needed, tested t-stat operations, cycled system in cooling and in heating. Advised customer that filter needs changed. Everything is operating normally at this time.
Bad capacitor replaced with new one 45/5 system working with in specifications at this time informed customer unit is getting old might want to think about new system in future
Found a bad capacitor and replaced cycled the ac system and found no other issues at this time all operations are normal. Collected check for payment.
Perform spring maintenance cycled all equipment checked all safety devices, check condensate drain, cleaned condenser coil checked refrigerant charge cleaned EAC. Found unit to be working within specifications all operations ok at this time.
Another company told the customer he needed a new furnace. I performed combustion analysis test, checked heat rise and checked hit surface igniter and amp draw on inducer motor and blower motor. Equipment operations normal at this time. Customer also signed up for club membership.
Unit had been installed by another company a few months back found the gas valve set to off, switched on started furnace smoke was ejected from ventilation due to oil cook off on the heat exchanger. Tested draft performed combustion analysis and temp rise. Allowed time for oil to cook off and checked co levels in the trailer. All operations are normal at this time.
