Ben , our tech, was terrific! He was very professional and took the time to explain and show me each step he needed to take to make the repair. He is a real asset to JC Heating! The office, on the other hand, never informed us in advance that there would be a diagnostic fee, which came as a complete surprise the day of service. So, I give Ben a Five Star rating and the office Three Stars.
