My oil furnace shut down last night around 2am. I called and HVAC technician was at my door by 8am. Shawn is very knowledgeable and knew what had to be done to take care of the problem. He was very nice and didn’t mind answering any of my questions. I am very happy I purchased a service contract with this company.
