We had two appliances repaired. The part for the dishwasher was on backorder, so instead of coming out to repair the dryer when that part was in, they were going to wait until the parts for both appliances came in. After 3 weeks without a dryer, we finally called DTE, and they called and had them come out. The dishwasher part took quite a bit longer, which I totally understand. I just didn’t appreciate being made to live without a dryer for 3 weeks when the part was sitting in their office.

Unfortunately, when contracted through DTE we have to wait on them for the part and their instructions on when to return to the customers home. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience this caused the customer. This issue was resolved.

Removed and installed new drive belt in washer, test operation, test ok.
Refrigerator, cleared drain for self defrost, test ok
A/C not cooling. Air conditioning not cooling.
No heat. Furnace repair. Water leaking from furnace. Plugged condensate trap.
