I was very happy with the customer service I received on the phone with Scott and also the pleasant attitude with Brian A. that come to visit my home. The ONLY reason I am giving the convenience question a 4 star is because I had a hard time getting AHS to agree to sending you out for the second opinion. As for the pricing, it is lower than the first company quoted for modifications, but I still think some of the modification pricing is to high. Overall a good experience tho.
