All of the JE Johnson techs that have arrived at our home have been wonderful! They always introduce themselves and confirm what work they are there to perform. Once inside the home they have all been extremely friendly and willing to share their knowledge. I would absolutely recommend them to friends/family!

DTE originally contacted Saginaw Valley to repair my dryer element under DTE ‘s repair/replace program..Appt’s were set up but SV never even called or showed up..DTE finally called on J Johnson after SV never showed for 4 different Appt days and times With not so much as a phone call ..you guys were great and Matt was outstanding

After a short period of time, aprox. 10 days, the new equipment was received and the install was scheduled. Scott was very helpful and kept me informed, as to my claim. Rob and Brian ( Install techs) came in with, and installed the new unit. These two techs, were a pleasure to work with. They were polite, respectful and informative. They were also comical with each other at times. They work well together. When the install was completed, they left the work site clean ! I am appreciative of there respect, for my home. I would definitely have them back to work on my Heating/AC system anytime. I would also recommend them, as well as J.E. Johnson to family & friends. Thank you.....
