Very very pleased with the technician, very professional and on time both times he was scheduled to Visit. Additionally, I was very very pleased with the office lady. She went beyond expectations to accommodate the second visit time after I told her that it’s my birthday and would like to have an early appointment. She even took the time to rearrange some other appointments, calling back to informed I will be scheduled for 8am, the first slot. I really appreciated it and please extend my thanks to her as well...my apologies I don’t remember her name. Overall the service and experience were exceptional. One suggestion for improvement would be that while waiting a month for the part to get in, making a call to keep in touch with client would be a good idea. I called twice to find out the status of my deal. Again , thank you for all you do!

Justin took his time and explained what he found when he looked at my furnace. He was very knowledgeable and even answered questions I had about purchasing a new furnace. He didn't try to pressure me about a new furnace in any way. He just answered my questions. I will probably be calling you in the near future to get an estimate.

Brian was knowledgeable and friendly. Unfortunately, his first.visit didn't solve the problem. When the company was made aware of this fact, Scott and Brian scheduled a quick return and completely repaired the problem. ( It's working so far!)

Erratic lock out on zone control
Install of Goodman 100 mbtuh 80% nat gas upflow furnace.
Winter clean and checks on two furnaces
Removed and installed new evaporator fan assembly in freezer section , test ok.
Install of Goodman 120 mbtuh 80% nat gas upflow furnace.
Pulled drain hose up from bottom of drain pipe to prevent washer from siphoning water back in and over filling washer, test operation, test ok.
Replaced defrost components in refrigerator , test operation, test ok.
Installed new door seal on dishwasher, test for leaks, test ok
Removed and installed new cycling thermostat and thermal fuse. ,test ok.
No cool on Trane ac system.
Cleaned lint from inside dryer and vent, test
