Arrived onsite to investigate a noise coming from the mini-split head in the living room. I reviewed a video of the sound but wasn’t able to reproduce it while onsite. I checked the refrigerant pressures and temperatures, and everything was within spec. The noise they heard was likely refrigerant flowing through the system. The three heads upstairs weren’t turning on. I checked the refrigerant pressures and they were within spec. I reset the outdoor unit, and the indoor units came back on. I also checked the temperatures, which were within spec. Verified operation, and the system is working properly at this time. This work is covered under Jerm’s warranty.
