We replaced the customer-supplied shower valve due to the existing valve leaking. This included removing the faulty valve, installing the new customer-provided unit, and inspecting all surrounding piping. An access hole was enlarged as needed to properly reach and secure the shower head water line. After installation, the system was thoroughly tested and confirmed to be operating correctly with no leaks present. Any additional repairs required to bring the installation up to code were discussed with the customer prior to completion.
