The customer had signs of water damage in the dining room below the laundry room, a toilet that was flushing poorly, and a kitchen faucet that was dripping by. The customer stated the laundry supply lines had been leaking and that he had replaced them. The water damage had since dried up indicating that the supply line was the cause. The toilet had a drain snake in it from when the customer tried to snake it. The tech removed the drain snake and upon doing that pulled out some debris. After that, the toilet drained fine. The tech also ran water into the washer drain to test for leaking in the drain and for blockages in the drain. Water ran by fine with no signs of water damage. The tech also looked into replacing the hot side cartridge in the kitchen sink. The tech sent the estimate for this replacement.
