For this job we will replace the Insta-Hot unit on the kitchen island. In the master bathroom, we used thrift to clear the lav sink drain. We will also installed a new shut-off valve for the hose bib to provide easier control and future maintenance. To properly accommodate the new Insta-Hot unit, we will relocate the existing emergency stop and run a new water line as needed. All work will be completed to current standards and fully tested upon completion to ensure proper operation.
