-Replace the tub/shower unit with an Aker Icon shower base -Install Utile 6032, three piece shower wall kit in Origin Artik -Install Maax Halo clear glass sliding doors 9/23/25 -Removed and disposed of the drywall around the existing tub/shower unit -Cut, removed and disposed of existing fiberglass tub/shower unit -Installed a new Delta shower valve -Installed mortar on the subfloor with a plastic vapor barrier -Installed the shower pan -Installed the 2” shower drain and ptrap -Will return to install the shower walls and install the shower valve trim 9/25 Attempted to install the fiberglass walls but one sidewall and the back wall were severely warped prevented a proper installation. Contacted the warranty number from the packaging and two new walls are going to be delivered to the customers home. Warranty number is #301907185. -Will return when the walls have been delivered 11/12/25 Installed fiberglass shower walls and the drop ear 90°to accommodate for the shower arm. Applied
