Arrived on site to diagnose insufficient heat on a mini-split system with one outdoor unit and three indoor units. Two of the indoor units are floor units located within two feet of each other. One unit was reading a temperature more than 10 degrees higher than the other and has not been turning on through the phone app. I presented the option to diagnose the temperature sensor on the indoor unit, but the customer opted to try using the remote as the temperature sensor instead. I advised them to monitor the system and let us know if this solution does not work for them.
