I performed an annual service on a Buderus oil fired boiler. I replaced the nozzle, filter, strainer, brush and vacuumed the heat exchanger and smoke pipe. I checked the system safety’s and performed a combustion test and draft test, everything is running as it should at this time. The customer stated that at night they would hear a popping noise and believe it’s coming from their radiant zone below their bedroom. I ran the zone and was unable to hear the noise for myself. I found the relay when the zone would first come on would click a few times then come on the circulator for the radiant is getting very hot and should be replaced but everything else seems to be working as it should. The customer is going to take a video of it the next time the noise happens. I turned the radiant temperature from 150 to 130 as well. There are a couple spots on the cold water line that got very rusted and corroded from hangers they would like a plumber to come out and take a look at replacing these s
