We were having problems w/ our heater/furnace. J F Maxwell was our choice from doing research online. I was highly pleased w/ their professional arrival to the technician informing me what the possible problems could be. After getting to the bottom of it and talking college football I was satisfied. What may be a small thing for some but is huge in our house is being courteous to strangers. The best way to display this as a tech is to arrive w/ either footies to cover up your shoes or take them off at the door with out being told. JF Maxwell nailed it. I wilk be using again if needing a/c or heating issues.

Tune up on 2 year old Lennox furnace..Everything is working great here!
No heat service call ...I left the system operational upon departure
Two system tune up I discussed some issues with the customer and left units operational upon departure
No A/C service call provided the customer with options for replacement
Performed a three system tune up left all unit operational
Install condenser and horizontal evap coil
Discussed airflow issues and possible corrections with a customer
