Prompt, courteous service! I called after 4 yesterday afternoon and they arrived today around noon (I was told between 12 and 2!) They quickly diagnosed the problem, gave me options and quoted me a very reasonable price. They had to go get the part and told me they had some other calls, but would be back as soon as they coukd. They were gone less than an hour! They got my air conditioner up and running in about another hour. J.F. Maxwell had done some work for us in the past also, and we will continue to call them in the future. Terrific people and company!

The J. F. Maxwell Heat and Air Techs were very friendly and knowledgeable ! They inspected and informed me of how my heat/air units were performing, and explained more about those units to me than previous Techs from other Heat & Air Company's ever had explained to me in previous years ! They fixed a problem I was having with one heat/air unit in a very quick amount of time, explaining everything to me as they made that repair! When all the other services said it would take a week they came out next day when my air conditioner was completely out in the middle of July heat. Two service men came out. Was very impressed with the time they took to answer all of my questions. They had my AC unit up and running within an hour. Price was within reason. Phenomenal customer service.
