Perhaps the company is stretched a bit thin. When my service needed to be attended to after a recurrence of the original, paid-for problem, I was told the soonest I could expect a service person out to look at the problem was on Monday, (this was on Thursday morning) after the weekend, without heat, to fix what I'd already paid for. Unacceptable. I had to call ANOTHER service and pay them as well to fix the original problem. Of course, I could be seen after hours as long as I paid DOUBLE for the call!
