Heat pump system flooded due to condensation control issues along with icing up due to leaking R410A refrigerant from indoor heat transfer coil. Restored system to safe comfortable operation. Thanks to warranty on York equipment, there will be manufactures warranty credits to apply toward permanent repairs. Regular thorough maintenance required to maintain solid & efficient operation of heating & cooling equipment.
