Completed Summer preventive maintenance and tune up.
AC quit cooling, very hot in home. Local storms stress electrical components on systems as power surges & electrical spikes come down the power lines. Restored to working operation and already cooled home by 3 degrees as it had been 93° in the house.
Trane heat pump system with freon leak. Upgrade to energy efficient heat pump system for safe, healthy, efficient comfort.
Removed old HVAC system and installed a new two stage inverter compressor heat pump unit with York electric furnace in attic. Installed two MERV13 pleated air filter cabinets, new supply and return air plenums insulated, auxiliary drain pan with two water safety devices, linehide up outdoor wall to camouflage new 1-1/8”x3/8” copper refrigerant lineset, new breakers, outdoor unit pad, topped off with a color touch screen WiFi thermostat connected to the homeowner’s phone for convenient operation
Carrier heat pump system failure. Total loss of refrigerant. Complete system needs to be replaced with new including substandard refrigerant lines and restricted portion of ducting.
High efficiency gas furnace failure to heat. Locked out from condensation control safety. Repair condensation system to function as designed & restore natural gas furnace to reliable operation
