I called on a Friday morning with no heat. Chance was able to stop by that afternoon to assess the issue - turns out I needed a new system… but on Monday morning, Chance and John arrived and replaced the system! While they were doing their quality assurance checks after replacing the system, they noticed some potential issues. They stayed 2 hours later than needed to make sure all parts were operating to optimum efficiency to ensure I didn’t have any issues after they left. Truly a wonderful experience! Highly recommend!

I woke up Sunday morning to a freezing cold house. Since O’Donnell’s installed my heater I called them Chance came over within a short time of me calling and tried his best to get me up and running. As it turns out I needed a part to be ordered. The team went above and beyond to get my service back up and running as quick as possible. Chance has to make 3 additional trips to my house and each time he came with a smile and a promise I would be back as soon as possible. I am so grateful
