John was excellent. Efficient, knowledgable, personable. We have a big problem and he discussed the solution well.
There was an odd problem with the first faucet installed. O'Donnell came back and replaced the replacement. Everything is working fine now.
All was fine. I have not gotten a receipt on-line yet for the payment I made yesterday however..
Thank you for the special time and attention you paid to the problems I've had with my heating/ac system since September 30th, and during its previous problems. I am grateful for the responsive service, but of course wish I could feel more confident about the system itself. Based on it's expensive track record of repairs, I am not happy with the system. I am grateful that at least my monthly bills are quite low with the system. That helps. But the "Average" rating is based on the disappointing experience with this particular system that was installed in 2007.
Appreciated that I called at 8:15 am and someone was here by 9:45. Please do not sell or use my email for anything else.
