The Excellent Service provided started with notice from Just Right Heating & Cooling that the annual furnace tuneup was due and could be scheduled promptly. The Service technicians, Marc Perry and Lance Trujillo arrived early on the scheduled date, which was very much appreciated, and completed the tuneup promptly. They provided a very good debriefing and answered the questions I had about the tuneup and their evaluation. Their friendly, professional and quality service provided was very much appreciated and reason to continue the partnership with Just Right Heating & Cooling for necessary tuneups, and any necessary maintenance, repairs, and replacement.

Bren was helpful in explaining how the tune up went. He showed us visually how the components how doing in places that can only be seen with camera. He installed a surge protector to prolong the life of the furnace. He also took the time to show me how to clean out some of the dust that may accumulate. He is great person to work with. Daniel and his team Utah and Bridger were awesome. They were so nice and professional from the minute they walked in. Daniel was kind and patient when he was telling the team what needed to be done. He explained to me what he was doing and answered all my questions. They came in with shoe protectors and laid drop cloths as well. You can’t even tell they spent the day in our house other than it has a new furnace and it’s nice and warm! They earned more than 5 stars! We are so happy with the hard work they did and plan to use Just Right for all our future needs and hope we get Daniel, Utah and Bridger again! Thanks guys!!
