Josh arrived early in the time window and got straight to work. He quickly remedied the problem with our humifdifier and went above and beyond with assessing and even cleaning parts of the air-handling system. Kim worked to help us save money, get energy rebates, and great financing terms. She worked us into the schedule in short order during their high season. The crew was friendly, covered everything to protect our home, and did a conscientious job. They even helped me properly setup the Lexia home automation thermostats that came with the package.
