Furnace Tune Up

Josh came out for a furnace tune up. Said furnace looks good. Also had him troubleshoot my air conditioner as it stopped working recently. He had to go to another appointment or would have been able to spend more time investigating. He gave me an estimate of worse case scenario for what he thinks needs to be done. Since won't be needing air conditioning for a while, elected to delay another trip until next spring.
