Josh did a great job of explaining what needed to be done annually to keep my Trane HVAC system in top condition and good with the 10 year warranty. He explained the maintenance options and the checklist of items he would do today and on the next visit in 6 mos. He completed all items on the checklist efficiently and thoroughly. Prepaying for this and the next service saved money too on the silver plan.

I had no air and a furnace that was the original, 45 yrs + old!!! So I finally. made the decision to get all new equipment. I relied on a referral from my family who is so pleased with their system from Kappler. The install team was so professional, neat, fast, and all were so pleasant and happy to answer any questions I might have. I am so glad I made the decision to go ahead with gettitng this new system from Kappler. The new system is so quiet and gently warms and cools so I hardly notice that it is on. And I love the control panel...makes it so easy to monitor and adjust the temperature as needed. I would give Kappler 10 stars if I could!
