Had a great annual furnace service visit from Cole today. He was friendly as could be, and did the usual thorough job I’ve come to appreciate from Kiel. He was also happy to answer questions I had about the furnace, after last year’s visit revealed a lot of dust build up caused by my cat litter. New litter = way less dust in the furnace, glad I could make Cole’s job a little easier! My furnace just turned 14 and is still humming along nicely. Glad to have Kiel and their staff keeping it that way year and year.
