Run new conduit and wire for AC Disconnect on roof from 2nd floor existing electrical panel to roof. Access must be given from 3rd and 4th floor apartments in order to run conduit through. Roof Penetration must be patched by condo association roofer. Patching and painting (If needed) to be done by others. Permit fee's included.
