Hello Meghan! Thank you for having us stop by today to check on your your commercial signs! Upon review we concluded that the LED driver that powers your Led lights in the sign is receiver proper power. That being said, the issue with your lights not turning on has to lie in the led drivers the sign company installed. We left the power manually on so that the Sign installers can trouble shoot their issues. Please let us know if there are any further issues with the timer.
