Hey Marty! Thank you for calling Kings Electric & A/C for your Electrical repairs. Today I came to your home because your having issues with the voltage coming in and out. After opening the inside main lug panel and reading the breakers, it shows that you need to replace them. I also opened up your meter combo and everything is reading good outside and for all the breakers and the lines going inside the home. I recommend you replace all breakers in the inside panel and add surge protection as well. Like you said you’re going to call FPL and see if the voltage drop is happening because of their lines and not the ones going inside the house.
