We were dispatched out for (1) AC leaking water on top of ceiling drywall causing damage. Manufactuer Gree Model # LIVS12HP230V1BH VOLT : 208/230V LOCATION OF UNIT: Outside Office Area. Problem : AC Leaking in ceiling causing ceiling to become wet. Tech Notes : The AC Copper lines are sweating due to possible undersized insulation. The AC copper lines can not be accessed when entered the building. Need to cut ceiling in order to re-insulate copper lines Solution : We need to come back to cut drywall and reinsulate the lines once the office flooding issue has been fixed.
