We were dispatched to the following call for AC not cooling. When we arrived the following was found ; Manufactuer Gree Model # LIVS12HP230V1BH VOLT : 208/230V LOCATION OF UNIT: Outside Office Area. Tech Notes : AC Had dirty filter in unit. Solution : Cleaned AC Filter and AC is running to 50 Degrees 2nd Trip : We were dispatched out for (1) AC leaking water on top of ceiling drywall causing damage. Manufactuer Gree Model # LIVS12HP230V1BH VOLT : 208/230V LOCATION OF UNIT: Outside Office Area. Problem : AC Leaking in ceiling causing ceiling to become wet. Tech Notes : The AC Copper lines are sweating due to possible undersized insulation. The AC copper lines can not be accessed when entered the building. Need to cut ceiling in order to re-insulate copper lines Came back to reinsulate the lines
