However I also opened up your electrical panel that controls the circuits for your doors and I saw that you have no protection at all for The breakers that control the doors. That could be a critical issue for you in the future if you don’t have any protection for it. After trouble shooting the doors, I came to the conclusion that power is reaching to the doors, but the issue is with the transformers that are welded on to the mother board of the automatic door devices. I recommended to the manager to call a company that specifies in automatic doors, and to put the surge protectors for your breakers so nothing can harm the doors again once fixed. Today you selected to go with the better option which includes (2) surge protectors for both breakers and also a (2) year warranty on those surge protectors. If y
