We had a couple of things we needed either installed or fixed, one was unable to be done because we apparently need more circuits, so we’ve tabled that as it’s not a necessity, and the quote was high. One was a very easy fix and we felt disappointed that it may not have been necessary almost $400 later. Our biggest issue was that our technician did not wear a mask the entire time he was in our home. We both wore one, but we found it very unprofessional that he did not given the current state of the pandemic. We felt uncomfortable asking, and honestly we shouldn’t have to. Our outlet is functional now, so he did good work for that, but again it was most likely unnecessary. This was all after being told we had to reschedule twice last week. It’s very hard to work our schedules out for someone to be here and we’ve now taken time off of work 3 times to have this done.
