From the office staff I spoke to when purchasing a comprehensive package for my generator, furnace and air conditioner, to the process of setting up my routine maintenance, to the time it took for my appointment time to arrive and finally to the excellence service professional who came to my house, I have to give everyone a 5 star review. I realize I am new with KMA and I was looking for a maintenance program that would help me identify potential mechanical problems and that, to date I have not had to use that part of my purchased program. However the service I have received to date, the communicate that I have received has been something you only read about and not something that happens in today’s world.
