Very impressed with KS had a problem with old unit they came out diagnosed problem I went with new unit it was installed first thing the next morning, they even had old unit running when I came home so it wasn't hot when I got home from work

Service is very good but the Bryant unit is not energy efficient and has not saved me a buckle in the year I have had it. Also it does not keep the house as comfortable as the old unit did.
