Checked all operations in the cooling mode and inspected furnace filter. Found furnace filter was dirty and replaced with customer supplied. Checked all electrical and refrigerant components at the outdoor unit. Found out the remote to be extensively dirty. Upon customer approval I perform an extensive cleaning today.
