Today I completed your annual heating tune up on both systems, I checked all safety and electrical devices to ensure your system is running safely and efficiently, I cleaned systems and performed combustion analysis, checked for proper heating transfer, replaced air filters. Found that humidifier on basement unit was not operating and gave customer estimates to have replaced and she decided to have a new one installed today.
