Arrived to AC maintenance. Upon arrival I had both systems call for cooling and began my maintenance on the indoor units. Here I flushed the the condensation drains, replaced the air filters with ones the customer had on hand, and ensured proper temp split/blower operation. On the outdoor units the compressors, fans, and capacitors performed within spec. The refrigerant pressures/temperatures showed proper heat transfer on both units. I removed panels from both outdoor units and cleaned the condenser coils with water. AC’s running upon departure.
