Our air conditioner went out last Saturday. Jerry, our LBA technician came out Monday and diagnosed our problem, which required ordering a part. He found the part out of town and he ordered it for Wednesday delivery. On Wednesday when it hadn’t come in he called the supplier several times and was told they would check it out. He called once again and found out it had not shipped as promised. He required they send it by overnight and it came in this morning and he immediately brought it out to install it. LBA had him on call yesterday to install it, but since it didn’t come in, he came in at 6 AM today to wait for it. LBA kept us informed throughout the week. Their customer service was outstanding and I will happily recommend them to friends. Al Cohen
