Arrived at customers home Friday, September 9, 2022. Plumbing inspection. Water heater in home is 75 gallon 11 year old natural gas water heater. Customer also has mixing valve installed on water heater. Customer brought to attention that chrome trim for fireplace shut off has been damaged. Was unable to determine if threads would line up if customer purchased other trim but company is able to replace shut off if needed. Also found the kitchen sink faucet is difficult to shut off. Gave customer estimate to repair kitchen faucet and they declined at this time. Rest up home is in good condition with all shut offs functioning properly no leaks. Cleaned out shower drain of master bathroom for a customer and they purchased bottle of endure to keep drain clear and reduce smell. Thank you for choosing LBA have a wonderful day
