I had expected better service. Day 1 we had Rick stop in open up the ceiling tiles and diagnose that our unit was frozen and he couldn't diagnose until it thawed. He said he would come back the next day to diagnose. Day 2 a completely different tech stopped in and didn't know Rick had been here the day before and I had to explain everything to him again. He then diagnoses that it's simply a clog filter and that the filter was going to cost $20 and he would have to run and get it. I asked about our service agreement with LBA and he said the filters are only covered when we do our service. I asked why don't we do our service now then since it hasn't been done and we pay $600 a year to have it done. When everything was said and done he did agree to get us the free filter after calling for management approval and we received a bill for $318 to change a filter and have an office at 80 for an entire day. I then noticed that insulation was not put back above the drop ceiling and had to do that myself. We'll be looking for a different service provider.
