I decided to think about this a couple of days before doing this survey. I personally feel you guys are getting just as bad as politicians and car salesmen. Which is, to get you to spend more money that’s needed before looking at what’s causing the problem. This is the second time I called you guys at my home. The first time, you barely looked at what causing the problem and presented me with these o gracious selling point cost and I end up spending over a thousand dollars. Now, three weeks later, your employee came to my home (very nice guy) but he didn’t event took the time to see WHY I am having this issue Just assumed but was so quick to make me spend a thousand plus dollars again....... My question to you is, would you treat your mother/father this way. I know companies have to make their bottom line and pay their bills, but to continue to take advantage from hardworking people who are struggling day to day to make it is wrong and not godly. Please, treat your customers with humility and respect and be honest with them. Just thinking about what your last two employees did has made me sick to the point of not using you guys again.
